Introduction

AMASS is a broker firm that has been in the business for a considerable period. The company offers a range of services to its clients, such as trading in stocks, bonds, commodities, and more. Despite its extensive offering and experience in the field, there are a few aspects that need to be critically evaluated before making a decision to work with them.

Trading Platforms

Web Platform

AMASS offers a web-based trading platform that is relatively easy to use. The platform provides a range of tools for technical analysis, charting, and more. However, it lacks advanced features that some of the more sophisticated traders may require. The user interface is also not as intuitive as some of the other platforms in the market, which can make it slightly difficult for beginners to navigate.

Mobile App

The broker firm also offers a mobile app for trading, which is a definite plus point. However, the app is not as comprehensive as its web counterpart and lacks several key features. The design of the app is also a bit outdated, which can be off-putting for some users.

Customer Service

Customer service is one area where AMASS seems to fall short. The company does offer multiple channels for communication, including phone, email, and live chat. However, the response times can be quite slow, especially during peak trading hours. The quality of support provided is also not up to the mark, with several users reporting issues with getting their queries resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Account Types and Fees

AMASS offers a range of account types to suit different types of traders. However, the fee structure is somewhat complicated and can be difficult to understand for beginners. The broker also charges higher fees compared to some of its competitors, which can eat into the profits of traders.

Regulation and Security

AMASS is regulated by several reputed regulatory bodies, which lends a degree of credibility to the firm. However, there have been a few instances of security breaches in the past, which raises questions about the robustness of their security measures.

Conclusion

In conclusion, while AMASS does offer a range of services and has a good regulatory standing, there are several areas where the broker falls short. The trading platform is not as advanced or user-friendly as it could be, the customer service is lacking, and the fee structure is complicated and high. Therefore, traders should carefully consider these points before deciding to work with AMASS.

  1. I had a terrible experience with AMASS as my broker. The customer service was extremely slow and unhelpful, and I felt like they did not have my best interests in mind when making decisions. They were also very pushy and aggressive in trying to get me to invest in certain stocks, even when I expressed disinterest. Overall, I would not recommend AMASS to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy broker.

  2. I am not entirely sure about the reliability of the broker Amass. There are some red flags that make me question their credibility.
